How we got to be consignment experts

In 2023 the Lakeshore Event Center took over the building that formerly housed Lakeshore Antiques. Owner, Tressa Mills, recognized an increasing number of people that are in the stage of life where they are downsizing, or estates that are being liquidated by grown children that already have their “stuff.”  

Peoples homes are filled with treasures collected through their lives. Many people have so much, while at the same time, many people don't have enough.  The idea to create a place where people can find homes for preloved treasures while at the same time doing good for the Lakeshore Community became an obsession.
