The simple story...
After 60 years of participating in the world of auctions, owner, Tressa Mills, recognized an increasing number of people that are in the stage of life where they are downsizing, or estates that are being liquidated by grown children that already have their “stuff.” Having provided consignment services for many years, the 30 year old Lakeshore Antiques retail business was closed and the "Event Center" concept was born.
Peoples homes are filled with treasures collected through their lives. Many people have so much, while at the same time, many people don't have enough. The idea to create a place where people can find homes for preloved treasures while at the same time doing good for the Lakeshore Community became an obsession.
